Getting In Shape 2010- Introduction
The guantlet’s been thrown… GAME ON in the war against flab and lethargy..
It’s the heaviest I’ve ever weighed thanks to a a nutrition regimen that would make the Mayo clinic shutter. Here’s how it’s gone for most of 2008, 2009, and 2010…
Breakfast: Coffee (maybe a granola bar in the car, if I think of it)
Lunch: Lunch?
Afternoon: Snacks… let’s just leave it at that.
Dinner: 10pm- eating about 3 people’s portion in front of the computer or the TV. (This is just wrong for too many reasons…)
Now to my credit, I did join the local gym back in early November. But seriously, my eating regimen renders most workouts null and void.
